The Proposal of the Balanced Scorecard Model Implementation at Chosen Company

Master’s thesis deals with issue of the Balanced Scorecard model and the proposal of its implementation at chosen company. Strategic objectives of the perspectives are deduced on the basis of strategic and financial outcomes and also measures as well as target values are assigned to the strategic objectives. The strategic initiatives that lead to fulfill proposed strategic objectives are determined afterwards. The final part of this thesis deals with risks and benefits related to the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation.
INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION ON CHANGES IN STRATEGIC GOALS AND IN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES

The aim of the dissertation is to monitor the process of information system implementation and its impact on the changes in the organizational structure and in strategic goals. Achieving this task is based on monitoring and evaluating the process of implementing the information system, on monitoring its impact on factors which affect the necessary changes in the organizational structure of enterprises and affect the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The data will be obtained on the basis of scientific methods designed for this purpose and they will be divided into parts of a questionnaire survey and of a managed interview. Within the framework of the questionnaire, the entire process will be evaluated in three dimensions: level of management, user level and the process level. The result of the dissertation will be either a confirmation or a refutation of the hypothesis related to the impact of IS implementation on the strategic objectives and on the organizational structure of the company. On this basis a defined procedure will be created for the implementation of information system monitoring and regulating changes in the strategic objectives and in the organizational structure. This procedure can serve as a guide for general use within companies, and on the basis of its results a decision will be made as to whether it is possible to use it in practice.
Evaluation of Corporate Performance by Balanced Scorecard and Proposals for its Improvement

This master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of the current state and business performace of company Remarkplast Group a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part defines the concept of business performance and methodology of the Balanced Scorecard. The analytical part describes the current situation of the company and based on acquired theoretical knowledge analyze the financial, customer, internal proceses and perspektive of learning and growth. At the conclusion of the thesis, is a proposal for the implementation of the BSC concept to company. The strategic goals and scales with target values are proposed to help Remarkplast Group a.s. to improve its overal performance in the coming years.
Business Plan for an Existing Company Development

The subject of this thesis is the IdentCORE company operating in the area of identification RFID media and plastic cards printing as a distributor and reseller. The main goal is to build a business plan and to identify the market and product opportunities. Another goal is to identify new opportunities on one of the markets of the EU in the segment of RFID component. The theoretical part is dedicated to the structure, purpose and content of a business plan together with the definitions of the analysis used in this project. The practical part of the business plan itself deals with specific values achieved and the evaluation of those observed. As an output of this work, the establishment of the IdentCORE company with a defined financial plan, design innovation in service offerings and successful implementation of e-shop with a new web presentation, was put in process.

I’m finding imperfections in these sections and sequentially I’m processing proposals and disposals that can enable to better the position of the company in the market.
Development strategy of the sport club BK Klatovy

Title: Development strategy of the sports club BK Klatovy Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a system of objectives in time sequence in terms of sports, economic and social areas for the small-town basketball club BK Klatovy, z.s. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative research method has been used. Primarily, documents provided by the club for the purpose of this research were analysed, the next step was to conduct semi-structured interviews with selected club members. Choosen analyses for this thesis are PEST analysis to map the macro-environment and internal resource analysis to map the internal functioning of the club. Results: The analyses carried out showed what the club should focus on. The biggest problem in the club is the lack of experienced coaches and overall poor communication and atmosphere. The club also has deficiencies in promotion and use of innovation in the technological direction. On the other hand, the ownership of the gym, which allows the club to run ancillary economic activities, and the proper use of subsidy programs are advantages. The club has been proposed steps, developed in a time sequence, which, if properly implemented, could help to improve the situation. The Performance Evaluation of the Company Using Balanced Scorecard

The master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current state and business performance of the selected company NC Line, a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part of the thesis will define the concept of company business performance and its measurement using various methodologies and then discuss the concept of the Balanced Scorecard method in more detail. In the analytical part, the selected enterprise will be introduced, its current situation will be described by performing some analyses and then the thesis will continue with the findings in relation to the application and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. In the last part of the thesis, recommendations resulting from the overall work and suggestions for improving the performance of the company in the following period will be given.
Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club

Title: Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determinate strategic objectives of Tenisáci Benešov futsal club. Then analyze contemporary situation of club in these areas: personal, organisational and sport and then propose arrangements to improve situation of the club in some problematic matters and outline future direction of the club. Methods: Methodology of this work was centred on analyzing the club. There was used non-standardised interview (qualitative method), secondary data analysis and questionnaire (quantitative methods). Also SWOT analysis was used for lucid estimation of current situation of the club. Results: An accurate analysis of contemporary club situation was accomplished. On the basis of it was proposed introductions for future direction of the club in these areas: strategic goals, constitution of the association, organizational structure and competence determination, utilization of advantages of club and its opportunities, improvement of weaknesses of the club and avoidance of outer threats. Considerable part of the work is dedicated to creation of good social climate in organisation, which is essential for successful existence of club.
